Chellas Arepa Kitchen is home to a vibrant selection of South American-inspired comfort cuisine. Their offerings are both unique and authentically true to flavorful Latin dishes. We are happy to be partnering with such a vivacious and passionate business.

JUICE CABOOSE

NEIPA 5.6%

Always on by popular demand is Juice Caboose! This one is packed with all the goods, Mosaic and Amarillo hops give off ripened fruit flavors to go with Tangerine and Guava Puree. Get outside and soak up some sun with a Juice Caboose in your hand.

THIOL TRIALS #2

american Pale ale 7.2%

An American Pale Ale with a twist, this is our second go at the utilization of thiols in our brews with a much bigger dry-hop including Mandarina Bavaria, Cryo Mosaic, Centennial & Cryo Citra. This batch was aged on passion fruit purees & juices to further embrace the flavor compounds. We taste passion fruit, grapefruit and tropical nuance.

AMERICAN IPA 6.3%

Named for the 18 pounds of Falconer's Flight hops from boil to dry hop, this is a big brew with malty flavors, with a hoppy flare. A West Coast you can crush without the extreme bitterness.

PIZZA PARTY

ITALIAN PILSNER 5.1%

A crispy, light and ultra sessionable pilsner designed to pair with your favorite pizza here at mad chef. Light notes of fresh dough, paired with earthy herbal notes from the modern German hops like Callista, Ariana and Saphir. We also wort-hopped with Arianna hops and Saphir to create more noble-hop nuance to make this beer ultra complex and bellismoso! 

INCINERATOR

DOPPELBOCK 7.1%

A rocky foam and delicate bubbles of campfirey smoke set apart this ultra luscious Doppelbock. Using less than 15% beechwood smoked malt, and a variety of other beautiful roasted malts we accomplish not only delicate smoke but also toasted marshmallow and even light biscuit fragrances.

M.C. MARGARITA SELTZER

HARD Seltzer 6.5%

This time around we crushed our hard seltzer with loads of juicy and zesty strawberry, sweet and luscious pomegranate and bright lime puree and juice. The goal was to make a fun margarita inspired seltzer, without overwhelming sweetness and all the pleasure of reduced gluten! A touch of pink Himalayan salt rounds the experience out and provides a balance to the seltzer.

WURZELBIER

SPICED/herb BEER 4.7%

Part two of our Staff Appreciation and Training brew day brings us a truly fun variant of the "Above the Clouds" milk stout. Wurzel means root in German and this beer is full of root beer flavors and vibes. We notice bright notes of sassafras, birch, sarsaparilla and light licorice.

CHERRY CIDER

HARD CIDER 6%

A dry cherry cider from our friends at Levengood's of Lancaster. Coming in smooth with a clean finish and just a hint of cherry. It's the perfect refreshment after an arepa.

This Riesling is finished in an semi-dry style, one that is familiar to most people who have had German wines. This wine has bright fruit aromatics and a smooth and fruitful mid-palate while finishing very clean.

DUET RED BLEND VINTAGE 2022

A duet red wine is a blend of various grapes that can have flavors of dark fruit, spice, and oak. Duet wines pair well with a variety of foods, including red meat, Mediterranean dishes, mushroom dishes, and tomato-based pastas.
