Chellas Arepa Kitchen is home to a vibrant selection of South American-inspired comfort cuisine. Their offerings are both unique and authentically true to flavorful Latin dishes. We are happy to be partnering with such a vivacious and passionate business.


Offering catering, online ordering, in-house seated dining and brews by yours truly, you can't go wrong with an arepa and a fresh Mad Chef beer.


Catch our flagship favorites, collab brews and cider on tap! Offering gluten reduced brews such as 'Pizza Party' & 'Johnnie Doe,' we've got a little something for everyone. Not to mention, our specialty cocktails, wine selection and spiked seltzers from Stateside always do the trick!

GNARLY NELSON

NEW ENGLAND IPA 6.8%

This New Zealand Nelson Sauvin packed Hazy NEIPA packs a whacky punch. We used Nelson Sauvin in excess while blending in some super dank Cryo Mosaic and NZ Cascade hops to provide layers of hop flavors. We notice ripe peach, loud notes of punchy tropical fruit, gooseberry and passionfruit.  

DUTCH TOUCH

HELLES- LAGER 5%

An elegant, yet simple, German style Helles Lager comin' at you with waves of crisp bitterness and a golden malty presence. We taste a slight flintiness from the natural carbonation, and sweet biscuity, bready notes. This beer is the  true definition of, "less is more".

AMERICAN IPA 6.3%

Named for the 18 pounds of Falconer's Flight hops from boil to dry hop, this is a big brew with malty flavors, with a hoppy flare. A West Coast you can crush without the extreme bitterness.

Always on by popular demand is Juice Caboose! This one is packed with all the goods, Mosaic and Amarillo hops give off ripened fruit flavors to go with Tangerine and Guava Puree. Get outside and soak up some sun with a Juice Caboose in your hand.

Lost in the sauce

BELGIAN ENKEL 4%

This simple, yet sophisticated Belgian table beer was brewed with Monastery ale yeast. To create a fun and flavorful seasonal experience, we decided to age this sipper on loads of cranberry juice and puree, as well as one pound per barrel of freshly peeled and processed ginger. The result is a refreshing palate cleanser that may remind you of your favorite holiday sauce.

M.C. MARGARITA SELTZER

HARD Seltzer 6.5%

This time around we crushed our hard seltzer with loads of juicy and zesty strawberry, sweet and luscious pomegranate and bright lime puree and juice. The goal was to make a fun margarita inspired seltzer, without overwhelming sweetness and all the pleasure of reduced gluten! A touch of pink Himalayan salt rounds the experience out and provides a balance to the seltzer.

CRANBERRY CIDER

HARD CIDER 6.9%

A dry cranberry cider from our friends at Levengood's of Lancaster. Coming in smooth with a clean finish and just a hint of cranberry. It's the perfect refreshment after an arepa.

Thistle Finch bourbon, apple cider, fresh lemon and orange juice, and a house-made agave simple syrup, topped with a splash of sparkling soda, dash of cinnamon, with cinnamon sugar rim & garnished with a dehydrated orange slice

Thistle Finch white rum, blue curacao, pineapple juice, cream of coconut & fresh lime juice with a shredded coconut rim

POMEGRANTE MARGARITA  13.00

Hidden stills tequila, fresh lime juice, pomegranate juice & house-made rosemary simple syrup with a sugar-rosemary rim & lime wedge

This Riesling is finished in an semi-dry style, one that is familiar to most people who have had German wines. This wine has bright fruit aromatics and a smooth and fruitful mid-palate while finishing very clean.

DUET RED BLEND VINTAGE 2022

A duet red wine is a blend of various grapes that can have flavors of dark fruit, spice, and oak. Duet wines pair well with a variety of foods, including red meat, Mediterranean dishes, mushroom dishes, and tomato-based pastas.

Fruity and sweet, with notes of strawberries, cherries, raspberries, and other luscious, red berries. They can be slightly sparkling and pair well with pasta, pizza, and desserts.
